This study analyzes the potential for using Quick Response (QR) Codes in mobile banking services and their impact on user experience and the development of digital banking services. Focusing on the QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) provided by Bank Indonesia, this research explains how QRIS enables efficient and safe non-cash transactions. Statistical data related to the growth of users and merchants adopting QRIS is used to illustrate the adoption of this technology. A quantitative descriptive approach was used to analyze secondary data that describes the growth of QRIS users and traders. In addition, decision-making theory is used to analyze the factors that influence the decisions of users and business people in adopting QR Codes. Research findings show that digital financial literacy, transaction security, and ease of use are important factors in influencing QRIS adoption. Based on the analysis, it is recommended that digital financial literacy, increasing transaction security, socializing the benefits of QRIS, and cross-sector collaboration be strengthened. In addition, there is a need for continuous evaluation and continuous innovation in digital banking services to optimize the adoption of QR Code technology.
